According to the news source, the DVDs will be released in November and are targeted at the baby boomer generation, specifically women who were in their 20s and 30s when the first of her videos were released 28 years ago.

"I know from experience and from my research how critical it is for seniors to be physically active," Fonda told the news provider. "I want to focus on them with things that are easy, perfectly safe, not intimidating and that will get them moving."
